How to request a refund for a book purchase on BookAuth — eligibility, process, and what happens after.

If you're unsatisfied with a purchase or bought a book by mistake, BookAuth offers a straightforward 14-day refund policy.

How to Request a Refund
- Navigate to Settings > Purchase History
- Find the purchase you want to refund
- Click "Request Refund"
- Select a reason (optional but helpful)
- Click "Submit"
What Happens Next
- Your refund is processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund appears on your credit card statement from Stripe
- Your access to the book is revoked
- You receive an email confirmation
After a Refund
- The book is removed from your library
- If you left a review, it remains published (reviews are independent of purchase status)
- You can repurchase the book later if you change your mind
