What to Include in Your Support Request
Help us help you faster by including:
- Your account email — so we can look up your account
- What you were trying to do — specific action/feature
- What happened — the error message or unexpected behavior
- What you expected — what should have happened
- Steps to reproduce — how we can see the issue ourselves
- Screenshots — visual evidence of the problem
- Browser and device — "Chrome on Mac" or "Safari on iPhone 15"
Example Good Support Request
"I'm trying to connect my custom domain (www.sarahmitchell.com) to my BookAuth website. I added the CNAME record to Namecheap 24 hours ago, but the Domain page still shows 'Not Verified'. My registrar shows the DNS records as active. Screenshot attached. I'm on the Business plan, using Chrome on Mac."

Bug Reports
