Report Types
Monthly Revenue Report
Generated automatically at the end of each month:
- Total sales (units)
- Gross revenue
- Fee breakdown (Stripe + BookAuth)
- Net earnings
- Top-selling books
- Comparison to previous month
Per-Book Revenue Report
Shows lifetime and period-based revenue for each book:
- Total units sold (by period)
- Revenue generated
- Fee deductions
- Net per book
- Average sale price
- Refund count
Annual Summary
Generated in January for the previous year:
- 12-month revenue trend
- Total annual earnings
- Fee totals (useful for tax deductions)
- Best-performing months
- Top-selling books of the year
Generating Reports
- Navigate to Revenue > Reports
- Select the report type (Monthly, Per-Book, Annual)
- Select the time period
- Click "Generate Report"
- View on-screen or download as CSV or PDF

A: Yes. Refunds appear as separate line items with a "refunded" flag, allowing you to see both gross sales and net after refunds.
